Top marks for the GPR outpatient care team in an audit by the health insurance medical service

The outpatient care team at the GPR health and care center in Rüsselsheim has once again impressed with top performance in the latest quality inspection by the Medical Service of the Health Insurance (MD). The team received a score of 1.0 in all areas tested, which is well above the national average of 1.5.

The regular inspections conducted by the Medical Service—which have generally taken place once a year since 2009—evaluate the quality of care facilities using a grading system similar to that used in schools. The consistently excellent results underscore the consistently high quality of care provided by the GPR Outpatient Care Team.

A key factor in this achievement is the consistent quality management system, which is reviewed annually as part of the certification process under DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. On this basis, the team works with a continuously updated catalog of measures to ensure and optimize the quality of care. These include, among other things, regular professional refresher training, care visits to clients by trained nursing staff, and the consistent implementation of the required quality criteria.

In addition to professional competence, human aspects also play a central role: friendliness, attentiveness, and respectful interaction with clients contribute significantly to the positive overall rating. The team’s goal is to continuously improve and sustainably ensure the high standard of care.

“We are delighted with this excellent audit result. It demonstrates that those in need of care are receiving the best possible care from our team in their own homes—regardless of their individual care needs. This rating serves as both motivation and encouragement for our entire staff to continue steadfastly on the path we have chosen,” explains Achim Neyer, Managing Director of the GPR Health and Care Center in Rüsselsheim.
