The successful treatment of our shared patients requires effective communication among all parties involved. We are committed to supporting you in your daily work.

Overview of the Physician Portal

With this goal in mind, we have established an internet-based physician portal where we provide you, as a referring physician or primary care physician, with up-to-date information regarding the outpatient or inpatient treatment of our shared patients at GPR Klinikum.

In the Physician Portal, you will find

• the physician’s report/outpatient report
• laboratory results
• X-ray images (+findings)
• Imaging data for bronchoscopies, colonoscopies, colposcopies, and gastroscopies (+findings)
• cardiology reports
• Tumor board protocols
• Histology reports

You will also gain insight into

• Status and ward of the admitted patient
• Date of examinations
• Patient movements, discharge

This ensures that all data is clearly available at a glance, enabling seamless follow-up care for your patients.

Of course, this requires the patient’s consent. In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, this consent is requested upon admission.

In addition, we provide a wide range of specialized and general informational materials from our company for download within the physician portal

Access

You can conveniently accessyour patient data via an easy-to-use and user-friendly web interface.

The only requirement for using the portal is a computer with internet access.

Once a certificate has been set up by a member of our hospital staff, you can use the portal immediately. No special software installation is required.

Use of the portal is free of charge for you.

Data Protection

Upon admission, the patient decides whether to consent to the storage of their case data in the system.

The portal is based on a comprehensive, multi-layered, yet user-friendly security infrastructure that ensures secure access to the referring physician portal.

For reasons of data protection and capacity, patient-specific information is deleted from the portal after 120 days.
