How do I know whether a position on the homepage is still open or has already been filled?
Our job postings are updated weekly, so they are always current and reflect actual vacancies.
How can I apply?
We prefer that you applyonline through our job portal.
Alternatively, you may send your complete application by email to bewerbung@~@gp-ruesselsheim.de.
I would like to add attachments to my e-mail application. Is there anything I need to bear in mind?
Yes. To ensure protection against incoming malware, we only accept email attachments in PDF format. Unfortunately, we cannot accept attachments in other formats.
Can I also send my application to the GPR by post?
We can only consider paper applications in exceptional cases and therefore process them on a limited basis.
We prefer digital applications. Please send us a PDF file to bewerbung@~@gp-ruesselsheim.de or use our job portal.
Why are e-mail applications preferred?
For environmental reasons, we generally prefer to process your application electronically. Furthermore, email applications require significantly less processing time, as they can be forwarded to the relevant department more quickly.
This also means that your application can be processed more quickly and you will receive a response from us as soon as possible.
What content is required for my application?
A complete application should include:
- Cover letter
- Current, tabular resume
- Your contact information, including phone number and email address
- Certificates of education, college, and/or employment
- Certificates of continuing education and internships (if available)
How can I be sure that you have received my e-mail application?
As soon as we receive your application in our inbox, you will receive an automated confirmation of receipt from us.
Is there an application deadline that I have to adhere to?
Not always. However, if this is the case, it will be noted in the job posting.
Can I also send an unsolicited application?
We’d be happy to. In this case as well, your email application will be forwarded by the HR department to the relevant department and processed in collaboration with the HR department.
What happens to my application once you have received it?
Our HR staff will review your application materials promptly and forward them to the appropriate department. After consulting with the relevant department, a member of our HR staff will email you to let you know the next steps.
How long does it take before I can expect an answer?
Since multiple departments and individuals are often involved in the decision-making process regarding applications we receive, it may take some time before we can update you on the status of your application. We therefore ask for your patience.
Can I still apply for other positions after a rejection?
You’re welcome. If, after you’ve already applied to us, another job posting catches your interest, please feel free to apply for that one as well. Of course, you’re also welcome to apply for multiple positions within our company.
Does the GPR store my application documents?
Dataprotection is a top priority at GPR. Attached to your confirmation email, you will find a PDF file containing all the important information regarding the processing of your data.
Please note that we will only access your data while processing your application. All of your personal data and your application documents will be completely deleted no later than the expiration of the statutory six-month period. Upon request, we are also happy to delete them before this period expires.
What opportunities does the GPR offer me for professional development?
We offer our employees a wide range of training and professional development opportunities.
