Modern Learning in a Personal Setting
Our state-approved nursing school has a history spanning over 60 years. A highly motivated team of qualified nursing instructors and academic faculty members design the theoretical curriculum at our modern, well-equipped school.
In the practical training program, six full-time clinical instructors, as well as numerous part-time clinical instructors, support the trainees in their immediate work environment. The clinical instructors complement and support the school team in their work.

Training content
Theory and Practice
Students receive over 2,500 hours of practical training in our specialized departments, clinics, functional units, the senior residence, the outpatient nursing service, and at our partner facilities. The trainees at our hospital are continuously guided and supported by clinical instructors in the field. For us, qualified practical instruction means focusing on developing and maintaining high-quality care.
Students receive over 2,100 hours of theoretical and practical instruction at our vocational school for nursing professions and are guided in their learning by our qualified instructors.
Apprenticeship pay and vacation
At our company, training stipends and vacation entitlement are determined in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Public Sector (TVöD).

* For part-time training, the training allowance is calculated on a pro-rata basis based on the number of hours worked.
