Compliance
Please note:
The whistleblower system described below is not available for general complaints or other inquiries. If you have a reason to offer praise, suggestions, or criticism, please contact our Complaints Management team.
What Compliance Means to Us
Adherence to and compliance with rules and laws, as well as respect for societal, cultural, and social norms and values, are essential for our organization and our employees. In our mission statement, we have therefore defined principles that guide our actions. This includes a clear commitment to respecting human rights and protecting the environment, as set forth in our policy statement regarding the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).
Our Whistleblower System
To obtain information about violations of laws and guidelines or to be made aware of other irregularities, employees and external parties can submit relevant reports via our whistleblower system. With this internal reporting office, we comply with the requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) and the Hessian Whistleblower Reporting Office Act (HHinMeldG). It allows us to identify problems early on and thus prevent harm to the GPR Group, its employees, patients, and clients. The internal reporting office is established for all divisions of the GPR Group.
The internal reporting office can also receive reports regarding human rights and environmental risks or violations under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). Further information on this can be found in ourRules of Procedure for the Complaint Procedure under the LkSG.
All reports are treated confidentially. The identity of a whistleblower as well as that of other affected parties is protected in accordance with legal regulations. Further information on how your data is handled following a report can be found in the Privacy Policy for the Internal Reporting Office. By submitting a report, you consent to the data processing described therein.
Furthermore, it is guaranteed that no disadvantages will result for whistleblowers acting in good faith as a result of a report. The report should be as specific as possible and ideally include information regarding the 5 Ws (Who? What? When? How? Where?).
The GPR Group offers several options for submitting reports regarding potential violations of rules or laws.
