Our qualified, dedicated, trustworthy, and motivated staff are what define the quality of our work. To provide you with the highest possible standard of care, we have several staff members who have received advanced training in palliative care, two certified wound care specialists, and a nursing consultant.

Treatment care

If you have a prior prescription from a doctor, such as your primary care physician, our nursing care services include, among other things: wound care and management, medication administration, injections (e.g., insulin), parenteral nutrition via a port and port care, and much more.

Nursing care - basic care

Personalized, professional personal care and monitoring of the patient's condition, and, if necessary, adjustment of care measures based on the patient's health status

Domestic care

This includes, for example, running errands, preparing meals, or changing the bedding (within the scope of the care levels)

Preventive care

Respite care to relieve the caregiver (without a reduction in the care allowance) pursuant to Section 39 of SGB XI

Care and respite services in accordance with § 45 b SGB XI

These services can also be booked on an hourly basis for activities such as shopping, going for a walk, etc.

Consultations

Our nursing and housekeeping services always begin with an initial consultation conducted by a registered nurse or care advisor, during which your individual needs are assessed and a personalized service or care plan is developed. Following this, the services you request are costed based on an estimate and discussed with you. This initial consultation includes a comprehensive review of all care-related measures. This initial consultation concludes with a written care contract, which is finalized in consultation with you. We also offer additional consultation options, including

questions regarding the organization and financing of care, as well as potential out-of-pocket costs
Care services pursuant to Section 37(3) of SGB XI
Instructions or individual training sessions pursuant to Section 45 of SGB XI
Home emergency call system

Private services

Services for self-paying patients, such as filling prescriptions, obtaining medications, and processing medical orders

Arrangement of further assistance

If you’d like, we can arrange the GPR Mobile Meal Service “Meals on Wheels” for you, or we can put you in touch with other relevant groups, such as self-help groups.
