Offers and benefits - added value for GPR employees

We offer a Jobticket that can be used every day of the year for an unlimited number of trips on all public transportation within the RMV network.

It is not only valid for commuting to work but can also be used for any trips during leisure time. It also includes a companion policy. Holders of the GPR JobTicket can bring along one additional adult and any number of children under 15 at no extra cost on Mondays through Fridays starting at 7 p.m., on weekends, on official Hessian holidays, and all day on December 24 and December 31.

 

We offer free parking for our employees on the GPR Clinic’s own premises. There are more than 300 parking spaces available on the parking deck and along the access road to the staff housing.

GPR employees can eat at discounted prices in the on-site cafeteria
by presenting their time card.  

 

Our employees can use the water dispenser at the GPR Clinic (in the staff cafeteria) to fill up their water bottles. Reusable water bottles are available for purchase on site.

Through our workplace health management program, we aim to help promote the health of our employees and counteract the effects of increased workloads, because providing high-quality care to our patients will continue to depend on having healthy and satisfied employees.

Our workplace health promotion program focuses on measures designed to improve and strengthen the health of our employees. We offer behavioral prevention measures such as spinal health classes, stress management training, flu vaccinations, and addiction counseling. Health promotion also includes improvements to workplace ergonomics and work organization. The Workplace Health Management representative and the company physician are available to assist you with these matters.

 

GPR employees have the opportunity to purchase select products at a discount through their payroll system at our hospital pharmacy

They receive special rates in the categories of travel, fashion, cars, electronics, watches & jewelry, groceries, home & garden, health, pet supplies, toys, finance, and local shopping deals. The selection is constantly expanding.

To ensure that our employees are satisfied, and to sustainably and permanently safeguard and continuously improve the quality of our work, we offer our employees opportunities to further develop their professional and interpersonal skills through our internal and external training programs.

We offer parents employed at GPR the opportunity to enroll their children in the TG sports kindergarten in Rüsselsheim for supervised care. In cooperation with the TG, we provide our employees with the opportunity to balance their personal lives with their work as effectively as possible.

In addition, the children of GPR employees have the option of participating in vacation care as needed.

We also encourage a smooth return to work after parental leave.
