WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION, DISTINCTION BETWEEN STANDARD AND CONTINUING EDUCATION EVENTS
You may withdraw from participation in events free of charge up to four weeks before the event begins, with the exception of the “Practical Instructors” event series pursuant to Section 4(3) of the PflAPrV. For continuing education events, such as the series of events for practice instructors pursuant to §4(3) PflAPrV, you may withdraw free of charge up to five weeks before the start. After five weeks prior to the start of the event, 30% of the event fee and, if applicable, the costs for training materials plus shipping costs will be charged. Starting 21 days before the event begins, the full fee is due. For the assessment period, the number of working days per week is calculated. The date of receipt of the written cancellation notice determines whether the cancellation is free of charge or subject to a fee. Fees already paid will be refunded. However, you may register a substitute up to 14 business days before the event begins.
A refund of participant fees, including for a discounted series of practical instructor events pursuant to §4(3) PflAPrV, will not be issued for event components not attended within the calendar year.
CHANGE OF VENUE AND MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
We reserve the right to change event locations or cancel the event if the minimum number of participants is not met. If an event does not take place, fees already paid will be refunded immediately. The participant has no further claims.
DATA PROTECTION, PURPOSES OF REGISTRATION
Please note that our participants’ data is stored to assess the GPR Academy’s utilization rates and to promote future events. With the exception of, for example, data sharing with the LÄKH Hessen, the data will not be disclosed to third parties. The content of the training is product- and/or service-neutral. Principle of separation: There are no conflicts of interest on the part of the organizer, the scientific leadership, or the speakers; in particular, the event is conducted free of any commercial transactions.
