In collaboration with MediFit Rüsselsheim, the departments of Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, Trauma Surgery, and Spinal Surgery provide information on acute injuries and conditions affecting the shoulder, hand, hip, and spine. The program offers you a clear and practical overview of your joint health, including information on how to best prepare for surgery through pre-rehabilitation and what to expect during hip or knee replacement surgery.
The event is complemented by helpful tips on hand therapy, physical therapy, and nutrition, as well as interactive “active breaks” for participants to join in.
